Together we will connect in sisterhood, connect to our bodies, share and be witnessed in our authentic expression.

Together we will embrace and immerse ourselves in;

Shakti – our Feminine Power and our Sacred Energy.

Dance – to move, connect and celebrate ourselves.

Temple – a Sacred container of ceremony where we connect to the Divine that is both within and around us.

In this women-only temple space you will experience a conscious guided movement practice that will support you to come into connection with your body. We will explore connecting to your own body wisdom, to the Shakti of your body, and you will be invited to follow how that moves you.

We also come together to share in this Temple space, both to be witnessed in our expression and to witness other women in their unique expression.

And of course there will be dance!

I invite you to strip away pretense and awaken into your essence and give that permission to step forward. You are worth it!
