Embodied Dance Circle is a guided conscious movement practice for women using meditation, guided movement, conscious dance, and relaxation in the sacred container of circle.
This circle is about connecting with your own energy and sensations, with guided movements that stretch and awaken your body and senses, before moving into conscious dance for you to explore movement following the unique rhythm of your own body.
There is space to enjoy deep relaxation and opportunity to share in circle in the scared space of sisterhood.
Held weekly on Monday evening’s during term in Richardson, ACT.
